Cara mengatasinya -coba restart computer dan koneksikan kembali,jika masih saja gagal coba membuat koneksi internet baru kemudian koneksikan kembali,kalau masih gagal cobalah untuk meng unistal modem lalu installah kembali. 2. Cara mengatasinya -cek kabelnya apakah sudah terpasang dengan benar,jika sudah maka ceklah koneksi LAN,jikater-disable maka koneksikan tidak bisa maka restart lah computer lalu koneksikan kembali di koneksikan kembali. 6.
